The rude and dismissive attitude of the staff definitely dampened the experience. A lack of basic amenities like tissues in the room left a lot to be desired!!!

Rooom was very clean, the bed was fresh and made very well. I forgot to ask for extra pillows, but next time I will.

A really big room with a bathroom. A cosy atmosphere can be found. Early during the day there is even coffee/tea, bananas and small sweet treats. The price/performance ratio is very good here.

I had a pleasant stay. the room was spacious and clean. The vibrant decor made it feel homey. I appreciated the little toiletries and the cozy seating area, but there was a lack of extra towels during my stay. Overall, I would definitely choose this place again.

The parking lot was way too close and small

I appreciated the clean, spacious room with comfy queen beds and thoughtful amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The cute décor and well-maintained surroundings, reflecting great care in the hotel's upkeep.

The price ($49.95) was below our budget. The room was more than we expected: a big room with separate areas for desk, sofa with coffee table, and bed; large bathroom with great shower; refrigerator, microwave, full-sized iron, hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable. The room and everything in it was spotlessly clean and fresh smelling. Close to Hult Center and central Eugene, free parking, easy access to and from freeway.

There wasn't a coffee maker with coffee, although free coffee/breakfast was available at the office starting at 7am. (We opted for an earlier start than that and had breakfast on the Oregon coast (60 miles away) at 7:30am.)

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The location was good with easy access to attractions. My room had a comfortable bed, but the corners were dusty. The front desk staff were friendly and assisted me with my late-night coffee needs. Future guests may want to check the room thoroughly for cleanliness.

Besides, the location was comfy for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a weekly market.

Burn holes in sofa and bedspread, carpet old, worn and bunched up, sink badly cracked, little invested in maintenance, receptionist needn't call customers "sweetie". Was amazed that aaa recommend it.

Had a nice stay with a super clean room and comfy beds, made for a cozy night. I loved the relaxing pool and the free breakfast which started my days right. Just wished I hadn't felt rushed at check-out, but it didn't ruin my experience 😊

The room was spacious and clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and the location (for our events and family) was perfect. Did not expect all this for the budget-friendly cost!

I liked the rooms were clean and nice. It was a great location for our trip. We had several people in different rooms. We traveling with young gilrs that are part of a gymnastics team.

I previously stayed in eugene and this time was a pleasant surprise. The room was super clean, with comfy beds and helpful staff, which exceeded my expectations. Check-in was easy, and it felt cute and well-maintained for my summer holiday.
